We are open 24 hours daily and the service is adequately staffed to meet the needs of each service user. The service is further enhanced with a modern sensory room and a spacious garden featuring a trampoline.

We actively promote effective communication within our service, employing a range of communication tools, including 1:1 engagement, Makaton, verbal communication, and the art of effective listening.
