Mandatory training
Salisbury Support 4 Autism is committed to providing quality training to all of our staff and the wider team. Our extensive experience over the past 10 years of working with adults in the autism spectrum has provided us with the opportunity to develop unique training programmes designed to support our staff and wider team in gaining a full understanding of their role within the organisation.
We are proud that our staff have demonstrated a genuine commitment to continually expand their knowledge and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders which enables them to develop personalised support techniques to promote the progression of the clients we are working with.
We believe that an effective induction program can be the beginning of a long and productive relationship between the employee and employer. Formal mandatory training is part of this induction at Salisbury Support 4 Autism Ltd., whether staff are new, need to refresh learning or learn new skills.
