Katherine Mulligan
Head of Behaviour
I'm Kat, the Head of Behaviour Services at Salisbury Support 4 Autism. My educational background is BSc in Psychology and my MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
It was through my educational journey that I realised my passion for working with individuals with Autism and Special Needs. Over the years I have worked in Northern Ireland, America and London, which lead me to find SS4A where I joined the company in October 2018. I have enjoyed every minute since.
I started off at SS4A as the only Behaviour Specialist, to now heading my own department. This company has promoted my development, cheered on my new initiatives and supported me throughout, due to our shared values and passions for providing the best support for our service users!
Helping me achieve this for our service users is my fantastic team of Behaviour Technicians and a Behaviour & Communication Practitioner.

Melanie Haracic
Quality Assurance and Training Manager
I'm Melanie, I have been part of the SS4autism family since October 2018, I appreciate how the company is big on development and allows you to contribute with new ideas/changes.
I have worked in this sector for 7 years and there is not a thing I would change.
Not only am I passionate about this sector, but it is also close to my heart with having my own personal experiences with my brother who has autism. So to be able to play a part in this industry and make a difference really is a daily positive affirmation for me.
Being able to meet people who share similarities and the same passion is a deal-breaker for me when it comes to working alongside helping the company grow in the right direction.
My favourite thing to do is travel, favourite season spring & summer - I could live on a beach!

Khilan Patel
Operations Lead, South
Hello, my name is Khilan. I the Operation Lead for supported living service.
I have worked with the company for a few years now and have performed different roles throughout my employment here at SS4A.
I am one of the trainers of the company and carry out audits too together with quality assurance manager. I have designed/delivered several pieces of training like – Management of Actual and potential Aggression 2 days and refresher courses, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults etc.
I completed MSc in health and social care Management and since then I have performed various roles and responsibilities within the management of this sector.
Throughout my journey with SS4A, I have seen good examples of residents on the autism spectrum achieving positive changes in their life for better, with my favourite example being ‘a resident coming out of elective autism through a variety of interventions.’
Personally, as well as professionally, I like to make most out of my interests, knowledge, and experience for continuous development and when necessary thrive to make things better than yesterday. I am confident that together with the SS4A, I can thrive to achieve care, welfare, safety and security for people we support and all others.
