Salisbury Support 4 Autism employs approximately 65 staff from five services across London. All our services are led by managers and are supported by a staff team.  These teams are experienced and trained, with many of the staff team holding degrees in areas such as psychology and occupational therapy.

Our team of experts include a behaviour specialist, an occupational therapist, a skills development co-ordinator and art and music therapists. They provide behavioural and autism-specific consultancy and training for carers, professionals and external companies.

The training we offer encompasses issues such as challenging behaviour and communication systems such as PECS, visual aids and Makaton.

The Leadership

Tyfany Jones

Tyfany Jones has been supporting children, adolescents and young adults with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour in a variety of home, school and community settings through behavioural consultancy, assessment and intervention services along with support and training for careers and families. Tyfany first began working with children on the autism spectrum while teaching English as a Second Language in South Korea. Alongside the school director, Tyfany implemented an ESL program to support individuals on the autism spectrum who present challenging behaviour as well as specific learning difficulties. This experience led Tyfany to complete an MSc in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Queen’s University Belfast. Upon completing her MSc, Tyfany began work in behavioural services at an ABA clinic in Canada where she moved onto conducting assessments, designing Individual Education Plans and implementing person centred intervention plans and lessons.

Tyfany is also a trained Special Education Teacher with experience in inclusion which she utilized at an International School in London. Tyfany has a successful history of helping individuals learn, grow, and achieve at their fullest potential and is looking forward to continuing her professional journey with Salisbury Support 4 Autism.
